    Circle provides healthcare services to both private and NHS patients. Circle's Hospitals and Clinics are co-owned and co-run by their staff. Circle is also the first private organisation to take over the running of an NHS Trust.

    In 2010 Circle won the the best building award and secured £ 50 million funding for second new-build hospital.

    Our brief was to create a new website that would be both functional and comply to highest possibly accessibility standards.

    It was also necessary to ensure that the website works flawlessly across all major browsers including the infamous Internet Explorer 6.

    The site was developed around the Umbraco Content Management System for efficient management of website functionality and content.

    OrthoDox/OrthoBase upgrade

    To support a new on-screen editing process at the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, we applied a significant new enhancement to the OrthoDox system and the supporting backoffice system.
    The website site is built in VB.NET and integrates with SQL Server.

    JBJS Umbraco 4.7.0 upgrade

    Earlier today we successfully upgraded the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery website to the latest version of Umbraco 4.7.0 running on .NET 4.0
    JBJS website project.
    In 2010 we launched the JBJS website built using Umbraco - an open source .NET CMS. This latest version of Umbraco introduces many improvements and enhancements and we are pleased to make these available to JBJS.
