  • Description:

Our brief was to collate booking and commission information with Google Analytics information as a basis for a data warehouse against which automated reporting would be generated.

Having created the data warehouse, Altitude developed an application to automatically download Google Analytics information using the Google API and store the data in the data warehouse. Commission information had to be entered manually so a simple Excel-based application was created to allow the data to be uploaded to the database.

Using Microsoft Reporting Services, an initial KPIs report was created which was either emailed to recipients automatically on a weekly basis, could be triggered manually, or viewed online using the Reporting Services portal.
